Optimizer DM enables sufficient gas protection for welding at 0,8 bar with the same gas consumption. Also, gas turbulence does not occur when welding is started. This allows you to save up to 50% of gas consumption and thus reduces the frequency of changing gas. The real savings depend on several factors, including the nature of the welding seams: 50% reduction in gas consumption when spotting, 30% when welding short seams, and 18% reduction in gas consumption is achieved when welding long seams.
