Placing an order

Discount coupons and / or vouchers can also be used in our e-shop. Delivery
The length of the delivery period is usually 2-4 working days for goods in stock. In exceptional cases, the delivery period can be up to 14 working days. In this case, we will notify you in advance if possible.
Receipt from the store
When making a purchase, you can choose to pick up the goods at the Alve store in Pärnu, Suur-jõe 67. The goods will be assembled within 1 working day. We will notify you by phone or email when the item is assembled and ready for pickup.

Courier service provider is DPD or OSC courier. The courier is selected according to the size of the package. In order for us to deliver the package to you by courier, be sure to include your phone number when completing the order. Transport of fireworks and pyrotechnics
The sale of fireworks and pyrotechnics is regulated by an age limit and restricted transport conditions. Due to these restrictions, it is possible to order fireworks by courier or come to the store to order.
When ordering fireworks, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and you must present an identity document upon receipt of the goods.
Right of withdrawal and right of claim
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days.
In the event of a defect, the consumer must file a claim no later than two months after receipt of the order, provided that the defect already existed at the time of delivery.
In order to return the goods, a free-form application must be submitted and sent to the e-mail address [email protected] no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.
In order to fully refund the goods and the cost of their delivery to the buyer, the goods must be returned in the original packaging without traces of use.
In order to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, the consumer should handle and examine the goods only as they would in a shop. In other cases, the consumer must compensate for the reduction in the value of the product.
The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the product to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered.
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application.
Returned goods and delivery costs will be refunded to the buyer's bank account immediately (but not later than within 14 days) upon receipt of the withdrawal notice by the company.
