Receipt from the store
When making a purchase, you can choose to receive the goods in the Alve store in Pärnu, Suur-jõe 67. The goods will be assembled within 2 working days. We will notify you by phone or email when the goods have been assembled for tracking.

Right of withdrawal and right of claim
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days.
In the event of a defect, the consumer must file a claim no later than two months after receipt of the order, provided that the defect already existed at the time of delivery.
