Onion Cupido is a mid-early hybrid variety with oval bulbs. The yield of this variety is very good and uniform, and the bulbs are covered with a beautiful skin. In addition, Cupido bulbs have a long shelf life, making them an excellent choice for preservation.
Onion Cupido prefers open and well-lit areas and needs fertile soil. The best growing conditions are sandy loam or clay loam soils with a high water capacity and water permeability. Plants develop poorly on acidic soil and are more sensitive to diseases and pests.
