The cages are coated with titanium nitride, which promotes cooling.
Step drills are well suited for drilling the following materials: steel profiles and pipes; sheet metal, copper, brass and aluminum; plastic.

9-step: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12mm
8-step: 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20mm.
11-step: 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13mm.
Comes with a fabric case for storing the cages.
