The degreaser contains a special substance that creates a thick insulating layer on the grease and prevents the grease from re-igniting.
It is also a good idea to use a foam extinguisher to extinguish soft materials, as they may glow later.
Suitable for use in home kitchens as well as in large kitchens.
From 1 January 2011, a degreaser is mandatory in commercial kitchens.
