Description
Electrodes The Elga 2,5mm P48P is a basic low-hydrogen manganese electrode specially designed for pipe welding. The AC / DC electrode with all positions is extremely easy to use. The P 48P has an extremely stable arc, which allows it to be manipulated in the most difficult welding positions without the risk of the arc extinguishing due to freezing. The root beads are even and slightly convex, ensuring even mixing with the base material. Electrodes Elga 2,5mm P48P performance is not sensitive to root gap changes or edge irregularities. Filling and sealing points merge with the edges of the fuse, minimizing the risk of edge defects when using a string or knitting technique. The flat to slightly convex bead profile eliminates the need for minimal grinding and thus significantly reduces dust and noise problems. The P 48P combines the special working needs of a pipe welder with the requirement to increase overall productivity.
