Description

Semi-coated electrode; suitable for iron-austenitic steels and difficult-to-weld steels,

including 13% manganese steels, for welding and hard surfaces.

The excellent mechanical properties and crack resistance make this electrode suitable for all possible applications.

Very good looking welding bath, little splashes, easy to remove slag.

Suitable for unknown and difficult to weld steels (high carbon and spring steels, 13% manganese steels),

as well as for joining heat-resistant steels and carbon steel and stainless steel and for welding unknown steels.

Ignites easily with all appliances. Welding in all positions with both DC and AC.

Application:

* Stainless steels, including high carbon hardening steels,

tool steels (dies, dies) and spring steels, manganese steels (13% Mn), free-cutting steels, heat-resistant steels.

* Mixed joints between stainless steel and high carbon steels.

* Welding on surfaces worn as a result of metal-to-metal wear, heat pressure treatment equipment, furnace and hearth components.

* Intermediate layer for surfaces with high chromium carbide content

The sealed package is stable indefinitely at a temperature between 10 and 40 degrees and a relative humidity of less than 80%.
