for compaction, eg hydraulic and
compressed air systems, refrigeration equipment and
heating and ventilation systems
PTFE tape has particularly good properties. Can be used for variables
at temperatures: -200 ° C… +260 ° C.
Highly resistant to many chemicals (except fluorine, certain fluorine compounds,
alkali metals). Extremely low coefficient of friction.
Does not burn (ASTM D-635 and D-470). Not old.
Resistant to moisture and UV radiation. Especially good tensile strength too
in cold conditions. Does not become brittle when bent or
vibration.
Good electrical insulation from frequency and temperature
regardless.
The tape is not suitable for oxygen.
