Manual
1. Turn on the moisture meter by pressing the button on it.
2. Press the sharp metal probes of the gauge against the wood.
3. Wait a moment while the device measures the humidity and displays the result on the LCD screen.
4. After use, turn off the moisture meter to save batteries.
An important note
Surface treatment of wood is not recommended if its moisture content is higher than 18%. Therefore, it is important to use a moisture meter to ensure the wood has the appropriate moisture level before processing.
